23rd Annual California On Location Awards at Beverly Hilton Hotel in December
The 2017 California On Location Awards will fete California's top location professionals on Sunday, December 17th at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.. The 23rd Annual COLA event is produced by the Film Liaisons in California Statewide (FLICS). Finalists were selected from nearly 150 film, television and commercial nomination submissions. Finalists and winners are determined via vote by members of FLICS, past California On Location Awards winners and a steering committee of Teamsters Local 399 members. Award categories range from Studio and Independent Feature Films to TV Series, Commercials, Reality and Music Videos. Awards are also presented in multiple Public Employee of the Year categories.The event will be streamed live at www.californiaonlocationawards.com on Sunday, December 17th, 2017 starting at 3pm PST.
Some of the most dedicated supporters in California’s fight against runaway production will be among the honorees at the 23rd Annual California On Location Awards, which will be presented Sunday, December 17 at The Beverly Hilton’s famed International Ballroom. The California On Location Awards recognize location managers, public employees and other film professionals who help expedite and guide on-location production across the Golden State. The 2017 awards will be take place amid a spirit of growing optimism, as results from California’s expanded Film & Television Tax Credit Program 2.0 show promise in reaffirming California’s status as the world’s film production capital.
